This week marks the second week of the 25days of data challenge 💃🏾

I am truly proud of everyone participating. Each woman is incredibly inspiring; pushing themselves, aiming high, and doing a hard thing. I am super excited about their growth and look forward to seeing the progress they make.

Members’ Corner:

My name is Fatimo Adegbenro, and I am currently reading Atomic Habits by James Clear. It's reshaping the way I approach consistency, especially how I build routines around learning and living. On the learning side, I’m watching the PostgreSQL Bootcamp by Adnan Waheed on Udemy to sharpen my SQL skills through hands-on practice. And when I’m winding down, I have been enjoying The Worst Witch. It's lighthearted and magical, and honestly, a lovely reminder that you may not feel like the perfect fit at the start, but in the end, you absolutely belong.

I am also part of the ongoing 25 Days of Data Challenge. I’ve loved the structure and consistency it brings. The challenge has helped me stay committed, stretch myself, and show up even on days when I felt unsure. I’ve enjoyed connecting with others in the community, sharing what I learn, and using fellow girlies’ posts as a fun way to refresh my knowledge on the tools and topics they’re exploring. It has reminded me that growth isn’t always loud; sometimes it’s in the quiet, steady steps.

Currently, I’m building my presence across various platforms, including Instagram and LinkedIn. I’m also applying what I'm learning from the PostgreSQL course to my analytics project, titled ShopSmart: Insights for Growth Strategy, which is built around a fictional Nigerian e-commerce brand. It’s my way of ensuring I’m not just learning but actively practising and applying those skills in a meaningful way.

Data Analyst (specialising in digital marketing analytics): 3-5 years of experience. Budget is 350-450k.
⁠Senior Data Analyst (specializing in digital marketing analytics): at least 7 years experience. Budget is 600-700k.
